Turn one episode into a week of clips
A repeatable workflow for pulling five to seven shareable moments out of a single recording — and scheduling them so the show stays in feed all week.

You already did the hard part — you recorded a great episode. The problem is what comes next: the best thirty seconds are buried somewhere in fifty-five minutes, and turning them into clips by hand is the chore that quietly kills a posting schedule.
So we made it automatic. Upload an episode and 10AM finds the moments worth sharing, cuts them into vertical clips, and hands them back captioned and ready to post — a week's worth of short-form from a single recording.
The bottleneck was never ideas. It was the hours between a great moment and a posted clip.
How it decides what to clip
The system reads the whole episode the way a good producer would — following the transcript for the beats that actually land: a strong opening line, a surprising number, a story with a clean start and finish, a laugh, a takeaway worth quoting. It looks for moments that stand on their own without the ten minutes of context around them, because that's what makes someone stop scrolling.
Cut, captioned, on-brand
Every clip comes back reframed to vertical, trimmed to clean sentence boundaries (no cutting off mid-word), and captioned — because most people watch on mute. The look is consistent, so a week of clips reads as one show, not seven random exports. You review, tweak if you want, and publish.
Your job becomes picking, not producing
You stay in control — nothing posts itself. What changes is where your time goes: from scrubbing a timeline looking for the good part, to glancing at a shelf of finished clips and choosing your favorites. That's the difference between “I'll make clips when I have time” and actually showing up in the feed every week.
